|
1) How to install Demo version of gray box?
Go to http://support.hold.com/gbdemo/Index.aspx
Select download and save the installer to a local folder. Run the installer as an administrator. This will install Graybox with the demo settings enabled.
2) Can i get help for the installer?
Please use http://support.hold.com/gbdemo/DemoManual.aspx
3) How to get user name and password?
Contact the Business Development team Email sales@hold.com
4) What should i do if i am not able login to Graybox?
Check the configuration setting it should as per the installation manual (Fig 8). Or send mail to
helpdesk@hold.com
5) How do i send my orders based on my requirement
Look at the ECN behaviors list. Orders will behave differently based on the ECNs\Exchange sent to.E.g To keep orders floating, send your order to 'XBOS' Exchange. To get a partial execution, send orders with Qty > 100 shares to 'DTTX' exchange (NITE), it will execute for 100 shares and the restof the order will remain as floating.
6) Can I have any live support?
No, Live support is not provided for the demo environment. However, you can get email support by mailing to helpdesk@hold.com or contacting members of the Hold Brothers sales team interacting with you.
7) I am getting "Could not connect to the Logon Server. Click on OK to review your current Logon Server settings" error message.
Go to Demo Manual and check the Logon settings given in Figure 8 with your Gray Box System Configuration's Logon Server settings. If you continue getting the error, check your network connectivity and turn off your internal windows firewall.
8) How can I get full depth of the books?
Depth quotes are not available in the DEMO environment.
